The hair is better as showned by the shining and smooth lines made. the posing is far better. the colours are more full in the past one. I believe the word is saturated, as the last 2012 one is more saturated. still, this change can be seen in photoshop by just sliding the saturated barrier taking 30 seconds so its a nitpick.

I also notice she has ears now:3
and also remove those high heels. its a small detail one has too look extra to notice=)
